Rockabillys Get Trot-lined by the Catfish in Seven Innings for Their Fourth Straight Loss

JACKSON, Tenn.—On Saturday night, the Rockabillys lost their fourth straight game 13-1 to the Cape Catfish in seven innings.

Danton Rinehart, who just finished his sophomore season at Volunteer State Community College, got the start for the Rockabillys. He pitched 3.2 innings while giving up ten runs and ten hits. Hayden Collins came in for relief and threw 2.1 innings allowing four hits and three runs.

The lone Rockabillys run came in the top of the third inning in the form of a Nicho Jordan homerun. The team had six hits on the night, including Jordan's long ball and a double a piece from Luke Lowery and Dalton Rudd.

Next, the Rockabillys will face the Thrillville Thrillbillies in a two-game series at home June 5th and 6th with first pitch for each matchup being at 7:00 pm.

The game on June 5th is the first Military Monday of the summer in which all veterans and active military members will be able to purchase general admission tickets for just $1.00. The night will also feature Tyler's Amazing Balancing Act.

June 6th is celebrated with Owens Corning and is "School's Out, Teachers In" night. All teachers will be able to get $2.00 general admission tickets, and every teacher in attendance will have a chance to win a $500.00 classroom grant plus lots of fun and prizes all night long.
